Its training services based in felixstowe, with training centres throughout the uk, has developed a reputation for providing high quality specialist consultancy, training and development for the international shipping, logistics and import/export industry. Training is offered at all levels, from new entrants to the industry, to senior managers who require an update on current practice and legislation. Training in dangerous goods is also offered. Established in 1994, its training services was awarded a 'centre of vocational excellence' (cove) award in international trade and logistics by the learning & skills development agency (government office) in 2003.
