Our location, just 6 minutes from the M4/M5 interchange is an ideal meeting venue for staff arriving from the West, the Midlands, The South and Wales. What's more, we have ample free parking on site. All of our meeting rooms have air conditioning, dimable lighting, large screen displays, remote controlled blinds and bespoke furniture. Power sockets, AV connections and Ethernet ports pop-up from the table and of course WiFi is available throughout the building. The rooms were commissioned by Rolls Royce PLC who owned the building until 2017.
All the rooms are 'private' - you won't have anyone eavesdropping!
Refreshments can be served in the rooms or in break out areas outside.
The Boardroom has an 18 seater board table with 6 display monitors spaced along the length. At the end of the room a 60 inch panasonic display rises on hydraulic rams from the rear cabinet. If there is a need for an even bigger presentation an 8 ft electric screen can be utilised with a 4500 lumens projector obviating the need to close the blinds unless you are trying to achieve a cinematic experience.
Power points and AV connections are available down the length of the table so there are no cables running across the floor. Ergonomic office chairs ensure your comfort through long meetings.
Meeting Rooms 1 and 2
Our most popular meeting rooms are configured in 'boardroom' style - with 12 seater tables. They have wall mounted 50 inch displays so you won't need to use a projector. Pop up pillars in the tables provide AV and Ethernet connectivity as well as power sockets.
Meeting Room One can be reconfigured in a theatre layout accommodating up to 38 delegates.
Function Room - Exhibition Space - Skittles Alley
Our wooden-floored function room is 48 ft by 18 ft with large oak barn doors looking out towards our famous historic ruin of St Helen's church (900 AD). Down one side running the length of the room is a skittle alley. The lane barrier can be removed to provide a level floor. The room can be used for small banquets, exhibitions, training, product launches and, of course, fun!
